CONGRESS REGISTRATION PROCESSES

Applications should be sent to turkicworldcongress@gmail.com with your abstract (Turkish is optional, English abstract is mandatory). The word limit is between 150-1000 for Turkish participants; For foreign participants, it is 150-300 words.

Send your abstract via e-mail to turkicworldcongress@gmail.com by MAY 31, 2024. After your abstract is accepted by the referees, your acceptance letter will be sent to you by e-mail within 3 days.

Full text is not required. Our participants who want to submit a full text can send their full text via e-mail to turkicworldcongress@gmail.com until JUNE 16, 2024.
 
 
ABSTRACT TEXT SENDING PROCESS
Please send your abstract to turkicworldcongress@gmail.com by MAY 31, 2024.

The acceptable word range for the abstract is determined as at least 150 - 1,000 words in order to comply with international standards. You can extend it up to 1000 words. The acceptance or rejection letter of your abstract will be sent to you within 3 days after the double-blind peer review.

General Rules for abstract text:

  • Times new roman

  • 11 pt

  • Name Surnames, Affiliates, E-mail addresses and Telephone numbers of all authors (will not be used in the original text)

  • At least 3 keywords

  • For the bibliography, use the APA method. Click here for details


We recommend that you submit an informative abstract, including the background of your study, purpose, methodology, findings, and conclusion of your study.

Your abstract will be subject to double-blind referee review within 3 days after it is sent, and the International Scientific Board of our congress will review your article. The Conference President will chair the Board and the final decision regarding the abstracts will be made.

Acceptance or rejection of the article will be sent to you along with the referee comments. If the article needs to be revised, the revised document must be sent back within 3 days.

 FULL TEXT SUBMISSION PROCESS
If your abstract is accepted and you pay the congress registration fee, you must submit your full text by JUNE 16, 2023.
All full texts should be sent to turkicworldcongress@gmail.com.

Submissions of high-quality articles describing original and unpublished results of conceptual, constructive, experimental and theoretical studies or research in all mentioned areas are accepted. Submission of an article means that it is not being considered for publication elsewhere.

The entire article should be sent as an MS Word document in .doc format (not PDF or .docx format) and should be titled with the author's name and abstract title. If the article needs revision after review, it will be sent back to you with comments and you will be asked to return the corrected article within a week.
 
The submitting author is responsible for ensuring that publication of the article is approved by all other co-authors and takes responsibility for the article during peer review. The publisher will not be held legally responsible in the event of any claim for compensation.
Congress full and summary text proceedings book publication date: JUNE 23, 2024.

  • While our participants who will participate online can participate with a maximum of 4 papers, a quota of maximum 2 papers has been set for our participants who will participate face-to-face.

  • In order for our congress to be held face to face, the determined quota must be filled.

  • Pricing is made on a notification basis.

  • Accommodation for our researchers who will participate face to face is not included in the fee specified above.​​

Bank information will be sent along with the relevant document if you receive an acceptance letter.

VANUE
Our congress will be held ONLINE via ZOOM or face to face in Azerbaijan. The congress program will be sent 1 day before the congress.

PUBLICATION PROCESS

IMPORTANT NOTE: If the papers are intended to be published as international/national book chapters or journal articles, an extra fee will be charged from the author.
 
PUBLICATION & PROCESSES
STEP 1: Send the abstract text of your study to turkicworldcongress@gmail.com by MAY 31, 2024, 23.59.
STEP 2: An e-mail will be sent to you stating that your work has been taken into peer review.
STEP 3: Notification of the referee evaluation result and sending of your acceptance letter (if accepted) within 72 hours (3 days).
STEP 4: Deposit of the contribution fee. Sending the receipt to turkicworldcongress@gmail.com.
STEP 5: Publishing the congress program.
STEP 6: Sending certificates of participation.
STEP 7: Sending the congress book (JUNE 23, 2024)
